Deirde Waxman of Mashpee was on a leisurely stroll around her neighborhood when she came across this and took right to a local Facebook group page to share her excitement.
Many suggested adding some "poop bags" or dog treats to round out this community effort, otherwise it's a big silly. I can't say I don't disagree, but isn't the reason many of us having animals the companionship and the smiles? I don't think these stick libraries are harming anyone.
