It's been a long time coming, but the Mr. SouthCoast competition is just weeks away.

Gentlemen, come May 11, you best have your skills at ready and your tuxedos dry-cleaned (or at least your flyest suit). You've heard of Mr. Westport and Mr. Voc-Tech, well this an upgraded pageant for the grown-ups. The 1st Annual Mr. SouthCoast is finally here.

The competition is still looking for last-minute contestants and will be held at Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (doors opened at 5:30 p.m.). All contestants will be required to prepare the following:

  • Intros
  • On-Stage Questioning
  • Talent
  • Beach Attire
  • Formal Wear

Here's the best part about this friendly competition: all proceeds will go directly to and help benefit as well as raise money towards The Jimmy Fund and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Family and friends are welcomed to this event to cheer on the contestants. Pre-sale tickets are $20 each for adults and $15 for children. All day-of ticket purchases will be $25, but you can be purchase yours now below:
