After leading the Team USA Women's Gymnastics team to an team gold, earlier this week, both Simone Biles and Aly Raisman gave it everything they had in the Individual All-Around competition, Thursday.

In the four part event, Biles put on a dominant performance, easily taking the gold. In fact, Biles was so dominant that she finished the night with a bigger lead over Raisman, the second place finisher, than the last nine All-Around champions had combined over their contemporaries.

As for Raisman, after being burned by a ridiculous tiebreaker in 2012 in London and being left off the podium just short of a bronze medal, she got full revenge in her own right.

The second place finish gives the 22-year-old five Olympic medals, including three gold and two silver.

All in all, it was another remarkable day for American Gymnastics.

Russia's Aliya Mustafina finished third for the second straight Olympics to round out the podium.
