It's a big year for the U.S. as 2026 marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Communities and businesses across the country are preparing for a big celebration, including Rhode Island's own Narragansett Beer.

As a special nod to our nation's history and inspired by the iconic design from its 1976 Bicentennial can, the brand new 2026 can celebrates 250 years of the U.S.A.

The Story Behind Narragansett Beer's Retro Liberty Bell Design

"Voted on by neighbors around the country, the iconic liberty bell design, proudly displayed on the front of the can, stands as a classic representation of American independence and freedom," the brewery shared.

In addition to the celebratory can, Narragansett Beer has a variety of products celebrating America's 250th: t-shirts, pint glasses, stickers, patches, ties, koozies, skate decks, flip flops, and even cornhole boards are available on Narragansett Beer's website.

America's birthday isn't the only milestone that Narragansett Beer is celebrating.

Narragansett Beer Also Celebrates Major Milestones

The brewery is celebrating its 21st anniversary of the brand's revival and the fifth anniversary of its Providence Taproom.

The Taproom, by the way, is a vibe. I've been there many times and it's a great place to enjoy a beer with friends, especially on a nice day when you can snag a seat outside.

Cheers!
