Great Video Alert! I'm always on top of things going on in Hawaii, why? Well, my father was stationed there and I spent time there when I was younger. I love it there. It's my second home.

Volcanoes on the Big Island? Not surprising! Theres a bunch.. Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai, but Kilauea is by far my favorite! There have been 34 eruptions since 1952 and 61 eruptions total.

This time, Kilauea started erupting on January 3, 1983 and it hasn't stopped, so locals gave it a name, Pu'u'O'o. For almost a year, nobody saw any lava, until yesterday!

For the first time in nearly a year, lava is again flowing into the ocean from Kilauea Volcano. Talk about a sight to see. Imagine, sitting there on your boat with a beverage watch lava like its no big deal. Pretty much whats going on here in the video, The lava cascading off 40-foot cliffs into the water below and people just chillin'.

Experts aren't sure how long the lava will flow into the ocean this go around
