2014 MTV Movie Award Nominees Announced

Nominees for the 2014 MTV Movies Awards have been announced and they look similar to the Oscars with an MTV twist. In the running for Movie of the Year are 12 Years A Slave, American Hustle, The Wolf of Wall Street, The Hobbit: The Desolation, and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Surprisingly, Gravity was snubbed from this category.

Lead actress of Gravity, Sandra Bullock, is nominated in the Best Female Performance along with Amy Adams, Lupita Nyong'o, Jennifer Lawrence, and Jennifer Aniston.

There are also nominees is categories such as Best Shirtless Moment, Best Kiss, Best Fight, and Best #WTF Moment.
