A pending snow storm could dump up to 6 inches of snow Thursday night into Friday in Bristol, Plymouth, Dukes, and Barnstable counties, according to WCVB5. Early reports are suggesting that rain on Thursday evening will change to snow around midnight and continue into Friday. Reports suggest that the snow will become heavy overnight Thursday and could accumulate up to an inch per how on the Cape and Southcoast.

Meteorologists are already warning that driving conditions Thursday night into Friday morning could be hazardous and are tracking the storm closely to watch which way it tracks, as that will determine final snow amount totals.
