Winter Storm Watch In Effect For Southcoast On Sunday
Looks like we will have snow on the first day of spring, but meteorologists are already adjusting their accumulation numbers.
The latest weather forecasts show snow is still very likely Sunday night into Monday morning, but it doesn't seem as messy as they first predicted.
Luckily most weather forecasts show the snow arriving in the evening and overnight hours of Sunday (very good news for those running the New Bedford Half Marathon tomorrow) and carrying over into Monday morning.
Towards Providence it looks like maybe 2"-4" of the fluffy white stuff, but more accumulation as you head across the Southcoast to the Cape, which could see up to 6" of snow.
Monday morning's commute could be a little messy and you'll most likely have to do some shoveling to get out of your driveway Monday as well.
