Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig to Star in Lifetime Movie
It is officially happening! Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig have a Lifetime movie that is airing later this month.
The movie was kept under wraps and Ferrell even said that it was cancelled. Despite the efforts to keep it a secret, the media caught wind of the movie and revealed the plans for the release.
The two SNL alums will play a successful married couple in the dramatic thriller A Deadly Adoption.
Ferrell and Wiig’s characters house and care for a pregnant woman in the hopes of adopting her unborn baby when things start to go wrong.
The two-hour movie is said to be contemporary, yet fun and will air on Saturday, June 20.
This will mark a reunion for the two funny people who starred in a number of movies together including Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues and the IFC miniseries The Spoils of Babylon.
