It's finally here... The horrid night where we literally lose an hour of sleep AKA Daylight Saving Time.Tonight at 2am we will be cheated out of our hour of sleep and if you're like me, you probably have no idea why. I don't know if Ben Franklin was thinking, "Hey, maybe if we do it in the middle of the night, people won't notice." WE NOTICE BEN!!! Anyway, I've never really known the reasoning behind falling back or springing forward until now. Turns out a big reason for it was to save energy... Seriously, we lose an hour in hopes that people will use less energy. That's just one of the many reasons for it! You can read the rest here...
