Ponds, lakes, pools, or oceans? There are a lot of ways you can cool off and beat the heat. I'm a pool guy. We don't currently own a pool, unless you count my son's dinosaur kiddie pool, but that's my preference.
My wife loves the beach. If she wanted to, she'd lie there all day long, then run right into the water. As a kid, when I went camping at Ellis Haven, there was a pond with a dock in the middle of it that we would dive off of.
