This Fall River Terrier Loves Making New Friends [WET NOSE WEDNESDAY]
Happy Wet Nose Wednesday! Let's talk animals.
The SouthCoast is home to hundreds of animals patiently waiting for a place to call home. Thanks to the hard work of local shelters, these animals have a chance at finding the perfect families.
Every week, we shine a light on one lucky animal that is up for adoption in hopes of finding their forever home. This week, we head to Fall River where a spunky little terrier is hoping to be your new best friend.
Meet Lou. Lou is a 2-year-old, 18-pound terrier mix currently residing at Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River. Lou is a little timid at first, but once he realizes you mean no harm, he quickly turns into a social butterfly.
"Lou loves other dogs," said the shelter. "He does so well with them that they really bring out his shine and his playfulness."
He gets really excited to see his four-legged besties, so the shelter would prefer a home with at least one other dog to allow Lou to thrive.

Since Lou can be a timid pup at first, the shelter recommends children in the home be at least twelve years of age.

Lou cannot wait to meet you.
