Adorable Fall River Puppy Needs a Place to Call Home [WET NOSE WEDNESDAY]
Happy Wet Nose Wednesday! Let's talk animals.
There are hundreds of animals on the SouthCoast waiting for forever families. Thanks to the hard work of local shelters, these animals have a fighting chance.
Every week, we give the spotlight to one animal in hopes of finding them the perfect forever home. This week, we head to Fall River where a 32-pound puppy is hoping to steal your heart.
Meet Baloo. Baloo is a 4-month-old Weimaraner mix puppy at Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River.
Baloo is a jumpy, happy, and social puppy who loves everyone he meets. At his young age, he'll need some help with house and leash training.
"Essentially, he needs all of the basic training that any puppy would need," said the shelter.

Baloo is going to be a big boy when he grows up and he would do best in a home with a big backyard to play. He would do well in a home with other dogs and the shelter believes he would do well with cats, as long as the adopters have experience introducing new pets in a household.
"He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body and just wants to explore and make friends with every living thing he encounters," said the shelter.
Does Baloo sound like a good fit for you and your family? Contact Forever Paws online, fill out an application, and schedule a play date today.
Baloo cannot wait to meet you.
