We Got Michael Rock to Take on the ‘Git Up Challenge’

The Git Up Challenge has started to sweep the nation and is two-stepping it's way up the East Coast.

Come on, it's an easy two-step and I guarantee you this will be the next cha-cha slide. If you know the Git Up at the next wedding you attend, you will be the life of the party, let me tell you.

When I first heard the "Git Up" song and then heard about the challenge, I immediately thought it would be awesome to get Michael Rock doing this. I had a feeling he had some rhythm he was hiding from us, so I had to put it to the test and teach Rock an eight-count of the challenge to see how he would do. We recruited Gazelle as his partner and, well, the rest is history.

I really dumbed down the moves as much as I could for the safety of everyone involved. Get ready to laugh:
