One of the most legendary names in hip hop had to start off somewhere.  Watch this VHS footage of LL Cool J performing in a school gym in Waterville, Maine.  He was just 17 years old.  The funniest part of the video is watching the crowd.  It's a bunch of kids running around...and many of them seem confused and mystified by his human beatbox abilities.  If you're an LL fan like I am...you will love this.
