The Aaron Hernandez documentary is coming to Netflix next Wednesday, but you can watch the official trailer now.

The life and murder trial of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been made into a documentary that will start streaming on Netflix Wednesday January 15th.

But if you are a little curious about the film, the official trailer is out now.

I don't know about you, but watching that certainly makes me more curious to check this thing out.

It was produced by the same studio that created "Making a Murderer" and I think "Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez" might give people a different side of Hernandez.

Don't get me wrong, he was a murderer. With lines like "What'd you think I was going to do? Become a perfect angel?" this documentary doesn't seem to be trying to prove his innocence or anything.

It just perhaps wants to give people a better understanding of why a professional athlete at the top of his game making millions of dollars would risk everything they way he did.

And maybe on January 15th we'll all have a chance to get a different perspective on Hernandez's life and struggles.

Hernandez was convicted of the murder of Odin Lloyd in 2013 and aquitted of a double murder in South Boston in 2012.

He later committed suicide in his jail cell in 2017 at the age of 27.

It is certainly a sad story, though who you'll actually be feeling sad for by the end remains to be seen.
