In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Wareham Fire Department is turning their usual shirts to bright pink.

Things are getting a lot brighter this month at the Wareham Fire Department with all new hot pink shirts.

The whole department is showing their support for Breast Cancer Awareness with the new on duty shirts and are inviting people to stop by and see them and even show off your support too.

Much like the Massachusetts State Troopers, who debuted their hot pink cruiser this month, the Wareham Fire Department is getting behind the cause, even adding a new Facebook profile picture with the phrase "Fired Up for a Cure" over a classic breast cancer awareness pink ribbon.

Other local businesses are supporting the cause with pink food, pink drinks and so much more.

You too can learn more about ways to support the cause, how to show that support or just tips on staying healthy on the Breast Cancer Awareness Month page at Fun107.com, thanks to Hawthorn Medical Associates.
