Each year, organizations from Greater Fall River work together to host a resource fair for homeless individuals or those at risk of becoming homeless. Attendees can receive health screenings, apply for identification with the RMV, get vaccinations, learn about resources in the community, and get a meal.

Project Homelessness Connect brings much-needed services to the at-risk population. Volunteers are vital to the smooth running of this event on Friday, August 2. Volunteers can expect to help direct attendees to stations, serve meals, etc.

Shifts for volunteers are either all day (8 am to 4 pm), or half-day (8 am to 12 noon OR noon to 4 pm). We will follow up closer to the date of the event for your shift preference. The resource fair will take place at Bristol Community College located at 777 Elsbree Street in Fall River.
