Tractor Supply To Take Old Kmart Space In Fairhaven

Tractor Supply is just one of three new tenant coming to the old Kmart building in Fairhaven.

Fairhaven Neighborhood News says Tractor Supply along with Big Lots have been approved by the Fairhaven Planning Board to occupy store space in the old Kmart plaza.

A third, unnamed tenant was approved as well.

The site adds that the new store will have an outdoor garden area that will be fenced in and the entire parking lot will receive a new layout to help deter speeding through the lot.

No word on when construction would begin, but property owner William Goldsmith reportedly wants the store open by October.
