Tom Brady’s Brookline House Hits the Market

Just days after signing a two-year contract extension with the Patriots, Tom Brady has put his gorgeous Brookline home on the market.

Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen just completely custom built this nearly 10,000 square foot home in 2015, but somehow they are ready to move on.

And after looking at the photos I just have to wonder why?

This place is amazing!

I mean everything about it is so classy and well designed.

From the huge kitchen with an island the size of my actual kitchen

To the barn guest house complete with yoga studio (can I just live here please?)

It is all beautiful. And the views are pretty sweet too. I'd love to have breakfast in this space.

Even the pool is sleek and stylish.

Seriously, why do they want to move?

The over 5-acre property sits next to a golf course and comes with some crazy amenities too.

Like a gym (duh), a spa and a wine room. Plus there's a kids play room and an outdoor organic veggie garden.

Zillow's "zestimate" for the house is a cool $9.8 million. But the Brady/Bunchen asking price is $39.5 million.

Either way this place is way out of my price range.
