It’s YOUR time to vote people! Come back tomorrow to see who moves on to next week... #TeamNick #TheVoice

Judges Nick Jonas, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton – along with host Carson Daly live from the soundstage – were beamed in from their respective homes to kick off the first-ever live rounds without a studio audience. In addition, mags mentor James Taylor also joined in the fun by singing his "Shower the People" in tribute to those working the front line in the face of COVID-19.  The top 17 joined him partway through the song: The Voice was able to seamlessly carry on using state-of-the art technology to make sure each performance was captured in high quality, complete with special effects when called for. As each competitor performed, the audience at home enjoyed seeing the judge's reactions as they were superimposed into the numbers Zoom-call style. America will have to vote for their favorite, as the top 17 will be cut down to the top nine during tonight's results show, which kicks off at 8 p.m. ET.

When Selena Gomez said she wanted to make a difference with her new cosmetics line Rare Beauty, she wasn’t lying. Insider reports the singer’s brand, which launches this summer at Sephora, is looking to hire a Director of Social Impact. The role will be crucial to the brand’s mission of celebrating uniqueness, promoting mental health and encouraging everyone to embrace who they are. "We had always planned on having someone lead this mission, but we felt that it was imperative to hire the best person for the job now," Selena wrote in a statement to Insider. If you think you’re right for the job, the posting went live on LinkedIn today.
