Every Friday morning at 7:05 a.m., The Rock and Fox Show celebrates the arrival of the end of the week with a special "Friday Song." I have taken the instrumental parts of Todd Rundgren's "Bang The Drum All Day"...

...and added my own twist of movie and TV clips for a crazy mix of epic fun.

Ah, the sweet, yet pricey Hallmark Holiday of Valentine's Day.

Another year has arrived and Social Media platforms are blowing up with postings from cute couples and sourpuss singles. Whether or not your in or out of love, it's clear to everyone that the holiday has arrived and with the influx deliveries of flowers to office workplaces, the jealousy game is in full effect. At least it is here at the Fun 107 studio and it's one of Michael Rock's favorite onlooking bystander game with the single ladies in the office.
