The Kid Laroi Chats With Fun 107 Before Hitting the Stage at House of Blues
On Thursday night, the House of Blues in Boston was packed with fans waiting for The Kid Laroi to take center stage, but before showtime, he was busy chatting with Fun 107’s Sierra Fiore backstage about his latest accomplishments and what is to come for this rising star.
The Kid Laroi’s First World Tour Sold Out In Minutes
When tickets went on sale for the North American leg of The Kid Laroi’s world tour, they sold out in four minutes, leaving him humbled and excited to get started.
“It doesn’t really register,” The Kid Laroi admitted to the overwhelming response. “It’s incredible, I can’t really put into words what it really means.”
He continued to sing his praises for his loyal fanbase for supporting him, and that support landed him at No. 1 on the Billboard charts for his single "Stay," making him the youngest-ever Australian artist to do so.
There Are Certain Things The Kid Laroi Cannot Live Without
Before "Stay," it was “Without You” featuring Justin Beiber that got peoples’ attention. It was The Kid Laroi's first successful single on Fun 107, leading Fiore to ask him, “What are three things you cannot live without?”
His answer did not disappoint.
“Family, I’m a big family man,” he said. “And honestly, toothpaste.”
Tim-Tams was his third requirement in life, an Australian treat similar to the American Twix, which he will have to settle for while he continues his shows on the East Coast.
Find out what he had to say about his future goals and upcoming album in the full interview below.
