Another dusting of snow is coming to the Southcoast on Saturday. Here's what you can expect to see.

After a freezing, cold week it's no surprise we're topping it off with some snow!

Yes, Mother Nature is bringing a bit more fluffy white stuff to the Southcoast this weekend and according to ABC 6 meteorologist Jeff Desnoyers, it won't be that bad.

Desnoyers says the snow is expected to arrive on Saturday afternoon and continue into the evening, tapering off overnight.

By the time it is all said and done we should see about 1-3 inches here on the Southcoast, with more out towards the Cape and the Islands.

There is no winter weather advisory in place for the Southcoast yet, but Nantucket, Block Island and Martha's Vineyard all have them. Soif you need to travel out towards the Cape Saturday night, drive carefully.

Of course the snow doesn't mean things are warming up...Sunday and Monday will only have highs in the teens. Which means expect the snow that does fall to stick around for a while.

And make sure when you head out to do any shoveling...you are bundling up!
