Local Harry Potter fans are going to want to mark their calendars for next fall, because that's when the most extensive touring exhibition of Harry Potter memorabilia is making it's way to Boston.

This behind-the-scenes exhibition brings sets, costumes and creatures from Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on tour for fans to walk through, take photos of and even interact with in innovative new ways.

It's a way to truly immerse yourself in the world of Harry Potter and fans are definitely not going to want to miss it.

**When Is Harry Potter: The Exhibition Coming To Boston?**

Ready to enter the world of Harry Potter? Then make plans to be in Boston on September 13, 2024 when the traveling exhibition makes its debut at the CambridgeSide shopping mall.

The plan is for the exhibition to occupy the two-story former Best Buy space that has been empty for the last two years from mid-September through early January, 2025.

And the space will surely get filled up fast with a mix of movie props, photo op locations and innovative displays that put you right in the magical world J.K. Rowling created.

What Can You See at Harry Potter: The Exhibition in Boston?

This extensive exhibition takes you through the entire Harry Potter series, from copies of first edition Harry Potter books to costumes from the Broadway production Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Guests can sit in a The Great Hall at Hogwarts, choose their house and sit in classrooms and meet mythical creatures in the Forbidden Forest.

There's also interactive exhibits that let you mix potions together, play a game of Quidditch, try casting the Patronus charm and even see your name appear on the Marauder’s Map.
