The Patriots are coming off one of their most exciting yet heartbreaking games of the season last weekend in Nashville. Rookie quarterbacks will be thrust into the limelight on Sunday when the Patriots visit the Windy City to take on the Chicago Bears.

The Bears have been in rebuild mode. Chicago is interesting because they’ve acquired some receiver talent to support their young quarterback. It has helped him, but he’s faced his own struggles so far.

Rookie vs. Rookie

"Drake Maye and Caleb Williams have known each other for years. When you're coming up as a quarterback prospect, you know all the other quarterback prospects in your class. These guys know of each other and have crossed paths often, so that’s fun," said Coit.

Should Drake Maye Dial Back His Running Game?

"There will come a day when Maye won’t be running for 95 yards in a game. That’s the issue. I think he’s just trying to make plays to spark this offense because if he looks around and doesn’t see anyone open, he takes off."

Can the Patriots Bury the Bears?

"It’s a tall task going on the road," said Coit. "I think the Bears, especially their passing defense, are pretty good. I’m going to pick the Bears in this game, though I expect the Patriots to compete and for Drake Maye to continue improving. That’s what’s exciting every week with this Patriots team. What does Drake Maye do this week? Does he look better? How can he and the team improve moving forward? But I’m going to pick the Bears."
