Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to congratulate you on making it this far into the "new norm."

You've made it to Week 9 of the whole social distancing/home-quarantining era, which is hopefully the home stretch to most.

If you've read my past Quarantine Cocktail articles, you might have noticed a pattern: most, if not all, of those drinks were frozen concoctions.

I needed to switch it up a bit and decided to dish out something a little fancier than what I'm used to consuming. For those of you who enjoy sipping on something refreshing during the summertime or over a tasty brunch, then today is your lucky day.

It's time to introduce to you my famous Raspberry Snapple Apple Mimosa, a crisp and refreshingly sweet glass of champagne that will tingle your senses.

With the help of my Ninja blender and the following ingredients, I'll be able to walk you through the process one step at a time.

What you'll need:

  • Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Snapple Apple apple juice
  • Champagne
  • Blender
