Plymouth Police Seeking Man in Connection With Manomet Homicide
UPDATE: Plymouth Police reported that "Paluzzi has been located by the Hanover Police Department and is currently being detained pending a search warrant. He is being transported by the Massachusetts State Police to Plymouth Police Headquarters. This does not appear to be a random act of violence and there is no further probable danger to the public at this time."
PLYMOUTH (WBSM) — Police in Plymouth are looking for a man connected to the investigation of an apparent homicide in Manomet.
Plymouth Police posted to Facebook this morning that the department is looking to speak with Matthew Paluzzi, 26.
He is described as 5-8 with brown, shoulder-length hair and a full beard. Police said he was last seen in a gray North Face hooded sweatshirt.
According to police, he is possibly driving a Black 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum Edition with the license plate 8MZF30.
Police said Paluzzi may be armed, and that if anyone sees him or the Nissan, they should not approach but instead call 911 and let them know the location.
Paluzzi was arrested in 2020 for allegedly threatening a woman at an ATM machine with a 9mm pistol, asking her, “Do you want to die?”
