The Capachione School of Performing Arts located in East Bridgewater opened in 1986 and has provided a local environment for students to foster their love of the arts.

The school offers different sessions of summer camp each preparing a different show. The camps vary from the six week intensive teen camp to three week preteen camp or the smaller one week children's camp. CSPA also has summer camp lessons for Ballet Voice and Piano.

The main show being performed by the six week teen camp this year is Damn Yankees, a musical comedy with a book by George Abbott and Douglass Wallop and music and lyrics by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross.The musical is based on Wallop's novel The Year the Yankees Lost the  Pennant.

You can go see the show Damn Yankees on August 15th and 16th at Derby Academy at 7:00.
