Peeps Releases New Flavors Just in Time for Easter [PHOTOS]

Peeps is kind of a universal must-have for Easter baskets. Whether you're a bunny or a chick, you know you can 100 percent guarantee one of those marshmallow candies on Easter morning.

Peeps has released a new line of treats for fans to enjoy ahead of the Lenten season, which starts on Wednesday, February 26. For those of you giving up sweets for 40 days, I give you permission to stop reading now so as not to tempt you any further.

Let me start by saying that I am not shipping the Peeps and Hot Tamales collaboration. Granted, I'm not a huge fan of Peeps anyway, but the idea of eating a spicy cinnamon marshmallow does not appeal to me as a treat at all, and it's only available at the Kroger Family of Stores.
