One Person Sent To Hospital With Pellet Gun Shot Wounds

Taunton police say one person was transported to Rhode Island Hospital after an incident with a pellet gun early Thursday morning.

WPRI-12 reports that the incident occurred on Ferris Lane around 1:00 a.m.

Though there aren't many details, police did confirm one person suffered pellet gun shot wounds and at least one person was taken into custody.

No word on what (if any) charges that person is facing or on the seriousness of the victim's injuries.
