This week's Patriots Preview featured a breakdown of Sunday's Patriots/Bengals game. Fun 107 Patriots analyst Nick Coit made sure to start the report by mentioning the fact that the red-hot New England Patriots enter the weekend tied for the best record in the NFL (something Coit admits still feels surreal). Even Denver, the only team close to them in wins, can’t compare to the Pats’ recent momentum.

Pats Culture Is Fueling Their Resurgence

Coit credited much of the turnaround to head coach Mike Vrabel, who has quickly built a culture players have embraced. Winning on Sunday and then turning around to win again on a short-week Thursday night is no small feat. “It wasn’t perfect,” Coit said, “But no Thursday night game is.” The bottom line: this team is bought in, well-coached, and getting better every week.

Will Joe Burrow Play Against New England?

As the Patriots prepare to face the 3-7 Cincinnati Bengals, all eyes are on whether Joe Burrow will return. Burrow has been a full participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday this week, but Cincinnati’s biggest problem isn’t at quarterback. It’s on defense. The Bengals are dead last in the NFL, giving up 418 yards per game. Without suspended star receiver Jamar Chase, Cincinnati has an even tougher road ahead.

Coit believes New England’s offense, which continues to grow behind emerging contributor TreVeyon Henderson and Drake "Drake Maye" Maye, should feast on a defensive unit this weak. With injured Pats weapons like Rhamondre Stevenson returning soon, the outlook is even more promising.

Nick Coit’s Prediction and Fantasy Sleeper Pick

Coit is all-in on the Patriots this weekend, predicting a 31-17 New England victory. He expects Maye to take advantage of the Bengals’ “atrocious” defense and continue his consistent weekly improvement.

His Fantasy Sleeper of the Week, presented by Hand Up Mattress, is Arizona quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who has quietly thrown at least two touchdowns in five straight games.

For now, the Patriots keep stacking wins, and according to Coit, this weekend should be no different.
