We think it's nonsense, but a new book is accusing Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots of cheating...again.  "Spygate:  The Untold Story" attributes the Patriots wildly successful home record since 2002 to cheating.  The author, Bryan O'Leary, readily admits that he has no "hard evidence", but tells the New York Post that "anyone with a brain" can tell that the Patriots are still cheating.

One theory?  That the Patriots coaching staff illegally uses a second radio frequency to talk to Tom Brady.  He also says the Patriots have continued illegal videotaping their opponents' defensive signals.

The Patriots are 77-16 since Gillette Stadium opened in 2002.

Fun 107 thinks that a certain future Hall of Fame quarterback might have a little something to do with the Patriots amazing home record.
