New ‘Dunkin’ without the ‘Donuts’ to be Unveiled this Week

A new 'Dunkin' store will be opening this week in Quincy. 

On Tuesday, Dunkin Donuts will unveil a new store in Qunicy simply called 'Dunkin' - without the 'Donuts'. This is part of their plan for a "next generation" store and will basically be a test run for the new, shorter name. This is a full re-branding campaign for the company which also includes some high-tech drive-thrus and new menu items.

Since we all refer to Dunkin Donuts as just Dunkin most of the time, it kind of makes sense. Don't worry - there will still be actual donuts in the store!
