New Bedford Man Accused Of Videotaping Teen In Shower
State Police have arrested a New Bedford man on charges he videotaped a teen girl who was in an outdoor shower at her home.
The taping allegedly happened last summer on Cape Cod, but the evidence wasn't discovered until recently. 50-year-old David Wong pleaded has not guilty, posted 10,000 bail and is now under house arrest.
Police used warrants to find a video of a 15-year-old who was using the outdoor shower because Wong was inside her home cleaning at the time. The video was taken from an open window that has a view of the outdoor shower.
According to the Cape Cod Times, Yarmouth police have been investigating Wong since he was arrested on a different charge in July. At that time, Wong was accused of "upskirting" women with a camera at a clothing store in West Yarmouth. That case is still pending. Wong is scheduled to return to court in February.
