If you have plans tonight, you might want to cancel them and tune in to NBC for something special.

Seventeen-year-old Logan Souza of New Bedford is making a name for himself in the world of television. The Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech junior will appear on Law & Order tonight, his second appearance on a major television show.

Souza is no stranger to the screen, having previously played Wyatt Shaw on HBO’s And Just Like That, the sequel series to Sex and the City. Now, he’s taking another big step in his acting career with a role on one of TV’s most iconic crime dramas.

On Thursday, February 13, Souza plays Joey, a homeless teen battling personal struggles. His journey to landing the role was a whirlwind. After submitting his audition tape through his agency, Frontier Booking International, he received a call just days later telling him to pack his bags – he was headed to set that night.

“The hospitality on set was amazing,” Souza said. “I worked for three days, and the production crew and actors were incredible. They shook my hand and even said they hope to work with me again.”

While many actors dream of being on Law & Order, Souza is already thinking ahead. He’ll reprise his role as Wyatt Shaw in And Just Like That Season 3 and will star in an upcoming horror film, The Nightmare’s Edge, set in the 1980s.

With his talent and growing résumé, this New Bedford teen is well on his way to a bright future in Hollywood.
