NEW BEDFORD - Two more individuals will face charges in connection to a gang of recreational vehicle riders that wreaked havoc on New Bedford streets on Halloween night.

New Bedford Police say local investigators along with the Massachusetts Environmental Police are charging two 17-year-old male juveniles, one from Fairhaven and one from Acushnet, with operating a snow/recreational vehicle on a public roadway, reckless operation of a snow/recreational vehicle, and causing gridlock. Police have submitted requests to the RMV for immediate revocation of their licenses.

A total of 19 individuals from across the Southcoast have been charged in relation to the incident, which resulted in the injury of a police officer as initial arrests were being made.
