Michael Rock Accepts The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge [VIDEO]

I knew it was just a matter of time before someone issued me the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.  One of my high school wrestling teammates from St. John's Prep called me out on Facebook last night.

I got out the Fun 107 GoPro's and accepted the challenge live on the air this morning...and quickly challenged the following people:

• My Crossfit Dartmouth Coach Justin Coelho
• ABC 6 Morning News Anchor Matt Blanchette
• My sister Janine Somers
• Loren Petisce
