The people have spoken and the data is in. You won't have to travel far when it comes to the best mascots in Major League Baseball.

Lucky for us living on the SouthCoast, we are close to some of the best. According to data from Bovada Sportsbook Survey, beloved Boston Red Sox mascot Wally the Green Monster clinches a spot in the top five, ranking pretty high for humor, entertainment and engagement.

How Wally the Green Monster Dominates the Top Five

Wally can always be seen on and off the field at Red Sox games and various events pulling hijinks with fans and posing for photos. Fans both young and old are always lining up to snag a photo with the friendly monster. It's part of the fun when attending a ballgame.

Road Trip to Meet MLB's Ultimate Fan Favorite

He's not the only one feeling the love. Mascots across the country have the pleasure of interacting with their fans all season long. In order to see the best of the best (according to Bovada), Massachusetts residents can hop in the car to see who fans dub the Most-Loved Mascot: the Philly Phanatic.

Not only can you see a top-notch mascot, you can also check out the ballpark. There's something nostalgic and special about visiting each one. Personally, I've been to over a dozen different MLB stadiums, slowly checking each one off the list in hopes of getting to all of them. From Boston to Seattle, Chicago to Tampa and many more, each stadium has its own charm and each mascot has their own fandom.
