According to new research from Bovada, an online sports betting website, the home of the Boston Red Sox is one of the most expensive ballparks in the country. From parking to concessions, fans will have to pay a pretty penny to attend their next Sox game.

How Bovada Calculated MLB Gameday Costs

In order to determine the 10 most and least expensive places to see a game, Bovada looked at the following criteria:

• Average minimum home ticket price
• Average minimum home parking cost
• Hot dog price
• Cost of beer

Why Fenway Park Stays So Expensive

Based on their findings, the average Red Sox fan will dish out nearly $130 to attend the game – and that includes just one beer and Fenway Frank. Yikes! "With a capacity of just 37,755, the smallest in the majors, demand consistently outstrips supply, keeping prices elevated season after season," Bovada stated.

The total gameday cost of $129.46 lands Fenway in the No. 3 spot overall, falling behind Dodger Stadium in L.A. and Wrigley Field in Chicago who takes the top spot with a whopping $178.75 average cost.
