Market Basket Movie Premiere Date

The movie about the Market Basket walkout will premiere next month.

"We The People: The Market Basket Effect" will be premiering at select New England theaters on April 14th according to the film's Facebook page.

Unfortunately right now there are only 5 theaters showing the film on the 14th...and none are on the Southcoast.

But the film's distributor, FilmBuff, does say the movie will be on demand just one week after it hits theaters.

So if you want to see the documentary chronicling the grocery store's family feud and ensuing employee walkout, you have just a few more weeks to wait.
