Taunton Man Identified as Victim in Fatal Lakeville Motorcycle Crash

LAKEVILLE (WBSM) — Police have released the identity of the Taunton man killed in a motorcycle crash in Lakeville on Friday, May 10.

Christopher Walker, 32, died on Saturday from injuries he suffered in the two-vehicle crash.

At approximately 7 p.m., Lakeville Police responded to the intersection of Bedford Street and Rhode Island Road for a motor vehicle crash report.

Upon arrival, officers found that a 2015 Honda CBR 1000 motorcycle had collided with a Honda Ridgeline pickup truck.

Walker, the motorcycle operator, was transported to St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford. No other injuries were reported.

The Lakeville Police Department and Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office are investigating the crash.
