I’m convinced that Kenan Thompson is in love with Rhode Island’s food scene, and I don’t blame him.

The SNL star was back in the Ocean State last weekend and was spotted at several restaurants from one end of the state to the other.

Kenan Thompson’s Tour of Rhode Island

He spent his summer in Rhode Island last year to film Good Burger 2, and it looks like he’s back for more.

Last Thursday, the actor and comedian dropped by Nino’s Pizza & Restaurant in Cranston.

“Kenan knows where to go for a good pizza,” said the restaurant.

On Saturday, he was enjoying some time in Narragansett with a quick stop at Pier Liquors.

Next up was Chelo’s Waterfront in East Greenwich, where he most certainly got the ultimate Rhode Island summer experience by the water.

The following day, Thompson enjoyed breakfast at the iconic Jigger’s Diner in East Greenwich. I can only hope he treated himself to Cinnamon Roll French Toast.

What Is Kenan Thompson Doing in Rhode Island?

Last summer, the production of Good Burger 2 with both Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell took over Providence. So, what is Thompson up to this summer?

According to his IMDb, he has two projects in production, but both are listed as voice roles.

Does he have another project up his sleeve or has this star simply fallen in love with Little Rhody?

Either way, Thompson is slowly becoming a regular at some of Rhode Island’s best restaurants.
