Richard Pacheco, the head chef at Freestones in downtown New Bedford, shows you step by step how to create their popular Scallops Florentine dish. Watch Richard bake the scallops in a garlic butter white wine sauce, then top the dish off with spinach, cheddar, mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers and seasoned cracker crumbs.
