Brand new mom and Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle says it's overwhelming and that she is not as okay as most may think.

When I watched the interview with Meghan over the weekend, I really felt for her. I remember what it was like after giving birth to my first baby. I was fortunate that I didn't have to rush back to work and had three wonderful (and chaotic) months to get my bearings as a new mom.

I say this with 100 percent confidence that for me, those several months of maternity leave were wonderful and difficult at the same time. I know that I would not have been able to pull off a fraction of what Miss Markle has these few months since having her baby.

The Duchess of Sussex is opening up about her life as a royal in a new documentary called Harry & Meghan: An African Journey that aired in Great Britain on Sunday. In it, Meghan says that she and Prince Harry take it "one day at a time" with the continuous media scrutiny and other pressures of duty associated with life as royals. She admits that she never thought life as a member of the British royal family would be easy, but she says she did expect that it would be "fair."

Also, in this same interview that aired Sunday night, Prince Harry hinted that he, Meghan and baby Archie could end up calling South Africa their home base. He says that it holds a special place in the hearts.
