DIY: Space Saving Trick for Your Closet

My little bundle is coming with her own little bundle of clothes- or rather, an enormous bundle of clothes. 

On the one hand, all of these clothes means there is less laundry for me to do!  But on the other hand, it means finding a place to put it all.  I stared at her closet for a long while and suddenly remembered the package of $1.25 pack of shower rings my dad had given me for no apparent reason.

I linked the rings together with the first ring hanging around the closet bar and the subsequent rings hanging down. Once the chain of rings was in place, I hung one item from each ring.   Now- not only can I maximize my her closet space by hanging things vertically AND horizontally- but I can be super OCD and group all the like colors in a way that they're easy to see!
