The only thing better than watching Game of Thrones is watching Game of Thrones with closed captioning.

Never in a thousand years would I have imagined such entertainment from closed captioning. Anyone who is familiar with Game of Thrones knows that it's one of the most intense, violent, crude, adult, vulgar and gruesome show to ever be released on HBO.

Sure, it might be highly entertaining to some to watch people being dismembered, adults swearing non-stop, and of course, some steamy scenes, but once you put closed captioning on (even if you don't have an issue hearing), you start to get a little more in-depth with the show. Sometimes even a little more in-depth than you might want.

The closed captioning picks up every fight and death scene, every love-making moment and every dialogue exchanged between the characters.

Now "hear" me out, before I get the whole "How dare you make fun of closed captioning, that's specifically for those who are hard of hearing," news flash: I am partially deaf. I'm not in the market to insult or trigger anyone, I'm just stating the fact that seeing the words *gargles blood*, *engulfed by fire* and *groaning and moaning* makes for a more interesting viewing observation.

Don't believe me? Just try it for yourself. You're welcome.
