Chris Rock Divorcing After 19 Years of Marriage

According to an articles posted yesterday by Radar on-line and People, comedian ChrisRock has filed for divorce from his wife of 19 years, Malaak Compton.

There are no reasons being cited or rumors for that matter, but from the comedian's stand-up, it almost seemed inevitable.  Years ago, watching Louis C.K. perform with that same honest fashion about how dull and constricting marriage was, I thought to myself, 'how is this guy still married?" Eventually Louis CK and his wife split, so I thought, it's only a matter of time for Chris Rock. Most comedians use their own lives to inspire their material.  The stuff about marriage from Chris Rock always seemed to come from a place of frustration.
