“Jimmy Buffet would have loved this place,” said Rick Cunningham to Cape Cod Times, the vice president of acquisitions for Margaritaville.
Linchris Hotel Corporation bought the Cape Codder Resort and Spa two years ago and worked with Margaritaville Hospitality to rebrand the 276-room resort into a place where “parrot heads” could kick their fins up.
Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod, an Island-Style Escape
Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod is a lovely mashup of New England charm and tropical vibes. Inspired by the Cape’s nautical roots, the resort transports guests to a tropical island with stunning rooms, popular restaurants, and its very own water park.

Fins Up! Water Park is perfect for the entire family, with it’s splash area, water slides, and lazy river.
Fin City Arcade will keep the kids entertained while the adults can indulge in a frozen drink at Landshark Bar and Grille or Salty Rim Bar and Grille.
The rooms are pristine and the activities are endless, but the giant flipflop in the lobby is definitely the conversation starter.
