I have to be honest.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to seeing a brand's shiny new Super Bowl commercial before the teams have even arrived in the host city, but it's been a growing advertising trend over the past decade or so.

Wiser advertising minds than mine, who deal with multi-million dollar spends, have obviously considered both roads to take and have knowingly chosen to release these commercials early for some reason.

Some say that too much investment goes into the commercial to wait until the actual game to air it, but couldn't the commercial also air for weeks after the game?

Regardless, our new reality is seeing many of these premier commercials in advance, either on the internet or on TV.

One of the commercials that will air during Super Bowl LVII will be from Sam Adams.  It's titled "Your Cousin's Brighter Boston."

I'm happy to say it's not just bright, it's brilliant.

The dialogue in the commercial is uniquely Boston, but more importantly, the accents are authentic. Nothing is more offensive to a true Bostonian's ear than someone faking a Boston accent. It's gross  Luckily, Boston-based Sam Adams knows better than to try a stunt like that.

One of those authentic Boston accents comes from our friend, comedian Lenny Clarke, and the commercial features a cameo from Celtics legend Kevin Garnett and music from Fun 107 Back in the Day Cafe one-hit wonder Len. That would be "Steal My Sunshine."

With multiple laugh-out-loud moments crammed in 60 seconds, the commercial is impressive. It better be. Sam Adams will be shelling out roughly $14 million for the 60 seconds of airtime.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
